Winchester Lever action Model 1873 chambered in .22 Long only. 24" Octagon barrel. Factory set trigger. Mechanically sound and operational. This rifle is in original condition unrestored with factory sights. Stock is in good condition with an assortment of small dings, nicks and handling marks. No cracks. Metal surface is mostly patina missing much of the original blue. Metal surface is very smooth lacking the pitting usually associated with prolonged rust exposure. Bore is frosted and rifling is present. Elevator action is good. Rifle fires and cycles smoothly. Magazine tube insert in good condition and fully functional. Rifle history and manufacture confirmed with Cody Firearms Record Office. Manufactured in 1888 in its current configuration with adjustable factory set trigger.
