This is an excellent example of a Parker Reproduction DHE Grade manufactured by Olin-Kodensha in Japan and imported by WInchester. Based on The Blue Book of Gun Values, there were merely 6050 of these shotguns manufactured in 20 gauge making this a less than common piece. The shotgun is in like new condition with little to no wear along with its original case.
