Colt Model 1878 Double Action .44-40 caliber revolver. Barrel is marked Colt Frontier Six Shooter. (.44-40) Caliber manufactured in 1891. Bore has very good rifling and bore rates very good also. Barrel length 5 ½”. Action works perfectly. Gun has approximately 80-85% blue. Great looking old west flavor in very good condition.
