Description:
Very nice WInchester model 54, 3006. The rear bridge has not been drilled and taped for scope mounts. Metal and wood are in very good condition. Some blue wear on bottom metal as seen in photos. Most likley from carring it. Action is smooth and locks up tight. Original front and rear sights. Manufactured in 1932. Walnut stock is in very good shape with minor nicks and dings from use and age. The pistol grip has been extended as seen in photos. Checkering is sharp to the touch and easily seen. Bore is strong with well defined lands and grooves. Well care for and maintained.
