We have here a Harrington and Richardson Model 865 Plainsman .22 short, long, and long rifle bolt action repeater rifle. 5 shot magazine, 24 inch tapered barrel with open sights, oil finish stock, 26xxx serial number. Bore is bright and shiny. No rust. Normal use and wear marks but the rifle is in excellent condition. This classic .22 rifle would be a great first rifle, a camp or truck rifle, or a rifle to be easliy restored to new condition if you are an H&R fan.
