Description: General Specs: Rizzini, Year 1999, 16 Gauge, 6lbs 6oz, Chokes IM/M/IC/Cyl , LOP 15", DAH 2 1/4", DAC 13/8" Serial Number: 132970 B. Rizzini is a highly respected Italian maker of fine shotguns for both target games and hunting live game. Having been in business for decades in Italy's valley of gunmakers, Rizzini is synonymous with quality and innovation. I am quite impressed with this gorgeous 16 gauge over/under. Imported by New England Arms in Kittery Maine, it is set up as the ultimate upland game gun with its 15” LOP straight grip stock with nicely figured fiddleback Turkish walnut, slim schnable style forend, lightweight ROUNDED ACTION receiver engraved profusely with small English scroll and gold inlaid game scenes, gorgeous case colors, top lever is pierced, gold crown on top of action, TWO TRIGGERS WHICH IS VERY HARD TO FIND ON AN OVER/UNDER GUN, and in my favorite 16ga. that carries like a 20 and shoots like a 12! With the 30” solid rib barrels and screw-in chokes, it is versatile for game and clays. The gun comes with IM/M/IC/Cyl screw-in chokes. These guns were specified by New England Arms and there are no direct comparisons out there, but we have priced the gun fairly, so don’t hesitate as it has all the features an upland hunter should want.
