This is a pair of first generation Colt 1873 Gutta percha original real deal, Single Action Army grips. They fit my 2nd Gen. Colt pretty good and fit my 1st Gen. perfectly and should fit your old hog leg just as well. They show many years of use, and amazingly no cracks, chips or nicks. The old timer that packed the Colt these were on was right handed as noted by the wear on the more exposed right grip. They have no structural damage and no repairs and were likely carried on a day to day basis. They could easily give another century of service and likely have many tails to tell.
