Description:
***SOLD***Marlin Model 336 lever action rifle chambered in .35 Remington, and dated to 1980. This rifle features the classic 336 lever action mechanism, with smooth walnut furniture and a rich blued finish on the metal components. The rifle does not have a cross-block safety, only the half-cock safety notch, and appears to have the JM stamp on the barrel, although the stamp isnt totally visible. The rifle is in great working order with some signs of llight use, and small spots of surface finish loss, as shown in the photos. The action is smooth and solid, and the bore looks to be in excellent shape. The scope that is mounted to the receiver is a Bushnell Sportview 3-9x rifle scope, which suits the rifle very nicely. The hammer is fitted with an extended hammer piece to allow for easier manipulation while the scope is mounted. This is a classic woods rifle, ready for many more years of use!
