Description:
This a totally original model 1876 28 inch round barrel rifle with full length magazine in caliber .45-60 WCF. Rifle retains some original finish but mostly a pleasing patina without pits or problems. In perfect working order including dust cover and all parts original. Stock and forearm are solid and with some original finish but no cracks or problematic areas. Bore is fair to good with strong rifling showing. Sights are original - folding ladder rear and an express front. A very nice representative example of a model 76 rifle manufactured in 1884.
