Description:
Original 22 inch half octagon barrel, half length magazine with a take down style frame. Original wood is in exc condition with 60-70% original varnish complete with correct shotgun style buttplate. One fairly significant ding in the left hand side of the forearm but wood is still very near exc with no splits or cracks. Overall metal is exc with 95% slightly toning barrel and mag blue. 75-80% orig blue remaining on the receiver-starting to thin somewhat. Exc traces of case color on the hammer and lever. Crisp action and a bright shiny bore. Clean, sharp, all orig little gun. Scarce configuration in a short rifle. Complete with Factory Letter of Authenticity.
