This National Postal Meter Model U.S. Carbine M1 is a United States Military semi-automatic rifle in .30 Carbine Cal. It has an 18 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperature rear sight. The stock is a smooth hardwood pistol grip butt and two piece forearm. It does not have barrel markings.
