***SOLD*** Smith & Wesson Model 41 .22LR semi automatic target pistol, dated to 1972-73. The Model 41 has a reputation in the .22LR target shooting community of high quality, precision accuracy, and superior reliability; in short, the Model 41 is widely considered to be the best .22LR target pistol ever conceived. This particular pistol has a steel construction with a rich, deep blued finish, with checkered walnut grips, contoured with thumb rests for target shooters. The pistol is in great condition with some minor blemishes and signs of finish wear, including small scratches, all of which is shown in the photos. The lower grip screw is missing, but the upper screw holds the grips on just fine. An area of light rust under the barrel was polished out, resulting in some finish loss in that area. The action is glass smooth, and the bore is immaculate. The is an early model with a cocking indication under the slide. Includes one 10rd magazine. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the pistol. No handgun sales in MA.
