Description:
Offered is a very fine replica of a Confederate Sharps saddle ring carbine by Pedersoli. This carbine is in like new condition although it has been fired a few times. Everything on this gun is excellent, 100% case hardening, blue and original finish on the wood. The barrel measures 22", it was designed to use paper cartridges but this rifle includes a can of brass cartridge cases and cast bullets. The cases can be filled with powder, bullet placed in case and small piece of tissue paper inserted in the primer hole, ignition is accomplished using a musket size percussion cap.
