Built from improvements made to the original 89/96, the 96/11 from Schmidt-Rubin is a testament to Swiss manufacturing. A couple of those improvements include a pistol grip cut into the stock, modernized sights, and a 6 round magazine. Its unique straight pull bolt action makes these rifles stand out from the pack. This one is in fair condition, with edge wear on the receiver and barrel, oxidation throughout all metal surfaces, and multiple dings and dents throughout the wood. Outstanding accuracy and quality craftsmanship coupled with a great trigger pull create a firearm worthy of any collection.
