Description:
Colt 1st Model Deringer SN 1808 out of 6,500 built (1870 to 1890). A bright vg bore with some slight corrosion . This piece show thin barrel marking on the top flat, serial # 1808 on the underside and 60% original blue on the under and right side. The frame shows its original engraving and checkering and B inspectors mark. Both the hammer and trigger show remnants of case color. Ref see "The Book of Colt Firearms" Wilson P 285.Antique
