Browning 2000, gas operated, semi automatic shotgun, 2 ¾ chamber, 12 gauge, 28 Inch barrel, tigjht Modified choke. This is a Made in Belgium Assembled in Portugal gas operated shotgun.There were only about 115,000 of these imported between 1974 and 1981. The gun is in good condition overall. There are a few minor bumps on the buttstock. Condition is rated about applied finish over roughness , possibly cold blue? Gun may have abeen a duck gun and exposed to salt water, hence the low price, i good field gun, not a collector, the serial number is 41005 xC47.Bore is very good, and action is crisp/stockes may have numerous small surface field dings, Overall a gun knock-about gun for rainey day hunt. Shipping may be higher than stated as shippers raise their prices twice year without notice! When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
