Winchester Model 1894 .30-30 Lever Action Rifle, 26 inch full octagonal barrel, 9 rounds, Of Alaskan origin, it is a high powered, handsome, sturdy rifle; metal is very good, 80% blueing on barrel, mostly shiny gray patina on receiver, lever, tang. All original with adjustable rear sight, front blade, curved steel buttplate. Wood is very good, with dings and scratches exceptionally mild given age. Free of rust, cracks, little or no pitting. Action solid, smooth, crisp, with good rifling, proven accurate at local gun range. This fine long rifle is in excellent overall
