Description:
This is a Ruger No. 1 chambered for 7x57 Mauser. The 20” blued barrel is in good condition with no blemishes and a clean bore. The front sight is a fixed bead and the rear sight is a folding leaf held in a dovetail on the scope rail. The blued receiver has a few light nicks but is not corroded. The receiver is engraved and has a cougar inlay on the right side and a coyote inlay on the left side. The lever and tang safety are also blued and in good condition. The P+++ Walnut full length forend and buttstock has developed multiple repaired cracks as shown in our pictures. The buttstock is fitted with a Ruger buttpad, the forend has a sling swivel, and there is checkering at the wrist and forend. Length of pull is 13-¾”, overall length is 36-½”, and weight is 7.2 lbs.
