Presented today is a used .38 caliber Colt Police Positive revolver. Wearing serial number 85317, this vintage double action revolver left the Colt’s Manufacturing Company in 1916. The Police Positive was designed primarily for sale to federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies.
This original Colt revolver’s condition is good overall, with some age-appropriate pitting and surface wear. Note the cracked grip, left side, as shown in photos. All internals are sound.
