Description:
Winchester Model 70 Supergrade bolt-action rifle in .30-06 Springfield. 24" blued barrel with original hooded front sight and flip-up adjustable rear. Deluxe stock with black pistol grip cap and forend tip. Wrap-around checkering with raised cheekpiece. Supergrade marked on the floorplate. Stock appears to have been bedded. Pachmayr recoil pad has been added at 13.25" LOP.
This rifle is in good overall condition with a very good, shiny bore. Stock shows some age and use marks through out but no cracks. Minor wear to bluing, looks like handling marks and scuffs but little muzzle wear and no obvious rust. See pics for all details. This a great classic hunting rifle ready for many more days in the field.
