1962 COLT DETECTIVE SPECIAL RARE 3" BLUE .38 SPECIAL D.A. REVOLVER. Original factory blue with some color loss at edges from light carry but still 90% plus remaining. Perfect working order and timing is crisp. Grips are period Colt wood checkered but left flat a bit undersized. Screws excellent. Some tiny bit of salt and pepper at left muzzle only a millimeter or two at crown will disappear with some minimal effort and be undiscernable. Earlier unshrouded ejector rod. The 3" versions are quite hard to find.
