A factory letter accompanies this truly special and exceedingly rare Pre Model 29 confirming the configuration and detailing its original shipment on August 22, 1958 to H.H. Harris in Chicago, Illinois. This incredible 4-screw .44 Magnum is equipped with the sought after 5” barrel, original nickel finish, checkered Goncalo Alves diamond target stocks AKA ‘Cokes’ and full target accessories. The gun is complete in the original presentation case with all the unused cleaning tools. This is the finest example of the model we have ever offered for sale!
This nearly perfect .44 Magnum is virtually as-new and retains 99%+ of the original nickel finish which is bright and clear. The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the ‘Cokes’ are gorgeous.
