Description:
This 12 GA 2-3/4” L.C. Smith Type 2 Field Grade shotgun was made in 1917 and has 30-1/2” blued tapered round barrels showing some wear and patina featuring a matted rib. The rib reads Hunter Arms Co. Fulton, New York. The bores are in very good condition with fixed Improved Mod. chokes. The receiver still holds some color case hardened finish at the top. The left and right plates on the receiver have finish wear and read L.C. Smith. The Walnut forend and buttstock mounted with a White Line rubber recoil pad have been re-finished. On the left side of the tang is a poorly repaired crack. Length of pull is 14” left trigger, 15” right trigger. Overall length is 47-1/4”, and weight is 7.2 lbs. Our stock number is #C51. Willing to ship to any FFL in the United States. Buyer pays freight and insurance.
