Description:
This is a nice Remington Model 141 GameMaster in the popular .35 Remington. The GameMaster was produced from 1935 to 1950. It is the fore runner to the Remington 760 GameMaster. There is evidence of field use from the scratches on the light walnut stock. The blued steel receiver does show some minor pitting with no rust. The blued steel 24" barrel is in excellent shape, with a shiny bore and sharp crisp rifling.This GameMaster has definitely been carried in the woods, but shot little. The factory trigger is still firm and crisp. The factory checkered steel butt plate is the shotgun style. This Remington Model 141 GameMaster displays American craftsmanship at blue collar pricing. No box.
