This rifle stock has authentic old world styling with features and refinements reminiscent of the very finest European sporting rifles of the high Victorian Age. This stock is made to resemble the sporting rifles built by early custom gun builders who pursued their craft near the Mauser Works in Oberndorf, Germany. Hence, the schnabel for-end tip, raised action-side panels, and period cheek piece with shadow line. It is furnished with an express rifle comb. This stock is 95% finished and fits an 1903 springfield. This stock is cut for the Niedner buttplatte, it could be altered for a standard recoil pad. I am motavated to sell this item and willing to except any reasonable offer!
