Gun is very tight. Bores are chrome lined and perfect. There is a dent on the comb, a dent in the checkering on the forearm, and a small dent in the barrel. No cracks anywhere. The dent in the barrel is insignificant. This Beretta draws a lot of attention and is a beautiful example. It patterns beautifully and has taken a lot of turkeys for me.
The early guns were prone to cracked stocks on the side panels - due to a sharp corner at the scolloped back edge of the receiver. The later guns - like this one from the 1970s - had improvements that solved that issue. You can't buy a better 10ga Magnum double for four times the money.
