This is an original case for a Colt 1849 6" large guard Pocket revolver. The case interior is excellent with all partitions solid, typical staining at high spots and minor tear caused by front sight. Exterior is very good with a small crack on at front left of lid which can be seen in photos. Interior green color really highlights an ivory gripped Pocket. There is a Colts Patent mold, two flasks and a cap tin with the case. They are in fair condition. The Eagle flask has a slight dent in rear and repaired seams. The zinc flask is ugly but functional though it has a small hole at the top. Bullet mold has numerous dings and loss of blue. The included key does not operate the case lock.
