Description:
Colt Combat Commander series 70, manufactured 1972. Gun has 80-90% coverage of very fine engraving done by FEGA Member Roland Robidoux complete with Certificate of Authenticity and Colt Factory Medallion Ivory grips. Gun was completed in 2011. Roland Robidoux has been engraving since 1962 and is a member of Firearm Engravers Gild of America and Colt Collectors Association.
Colt is completed in a high polish blue finish. The Combat Commander is the steel framed commander. Engraving includes areas of top of slide, grips strap, and underside of frame and slide. Colt is 100% as finished. Photographs do not do justice.
