SOLD - I will be thinning my 45 year collection over the next several months.This posting is for a pair of Colt Model 1903 Auto Pistols (.32ACP), one blue and one nickel. They are housed in a lockable, custom, premium oak case. The blued pistol is circa 1917 and the Nickel 1923. In addition to the original factory grips, both of these pistols have genuine, pre-ban ivory grips. The case contains 3 African Ebony/Ivory tools, a 2" x 1 1/8" engraved ivory plaque inlaid on the bullet block, an ivory knob on the lid of the covered compartment, a compartment for a box of ammo, a period Remington oiler, and 2 extra magazines - one blue and one nickel. The case lid has an inlaid 1 1/2" engraved, ivory round.This will ship WITHOUT the ammo shown, as required by law. This cased set of Colt pistols can be found in the book entitled “The Genesis of the Pocket Auto Pistol”, 2nd Edition.
