This is a very nice custom Mauser sporting rifle in .257 Ackley Improved. The only stampings on the rifle are P.O. Ackley IMP. 257 P. The rifle has a 24 inch gloss blue barrel that is as new looking. The receiver is a matching gloss blue. The bolt is a po .257 Ackley Improved
