<<<<SOLD>>>An iteresting, what looks like a .410 hammer double made in Belgium with 30" barrels and the bores are corroded with mild surface specks nearwr the chambers. Isuspectthat it's chambered fo the 2 1/2" shell. The chokes aee more open than the brass taoered gauge for a .410 so it may be /fUKL and FULL o or a .22gaug? Caliper measurements are left tube: .422", and the right tube is .425" Top of barrel stated fine lamonated steel, Belgium. Gun locks up tight and this was made only for black powder shells not modern ammo! Both hammer work well, and are matched. I se bloth firing piuns in the frame but they may not extend all the way out to fire a shell, most likely needs firing pin springs..So sold as is..The French hand checkered walnut stocks aee very good, and hacve handling dings and at the base plate at the top widows peak there are surface strees/age craks that have been there a long time and are stable and not open The back action locksa are scroll engraved anhave stamped BELGIUM AT THE BOTTOM...The top lever release is in the center. The LOP with a steel butt-plate is about 14 5/8". Would make a realy nice vintage shooter if the firing pins can be made to come out more, they both move and don't look broken . . Shipping may be higher than stated as shippers raise their prices twice year without notice! When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
