Description:
P95 was developed in 1996 and is part of the P-Series pistols from Ruger. It is avalible with a DA/SA or double action only trigger, decocker or safety. It is a short recoil operated, locked breech semi-automatic pistol. Using a SIG type locking system, and an 1911-style tilting barrel. Standard models have an ambidextrous decocker located on the slide. The DAO models have no decocker and all models feature an automatic firing pin safety that blocks the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled fully rearward. The P95 uses a stainless steel slide with a polymer-cast frame. This example comes with two magazines and original box. The action is mechanically perfect with strong rifling and a bright bore. The stainless slide shows very little wear. This pistol is unusual as it's equiped with a decocker/safety. These have a reputation for being reliable, dependable firearms and this pistol will make a great shooter for the range.
