Belgian Made Tip-Up Single Shot Pistol
Here we present a Liege Proofed Single Shot Tip-Up Pistol in .22 Rimfire, made circa 1907 in Liege, Belgium. It was built for up-close self-defense, given its small size and lack of sights. The barrel tips up and activates the ejector and very much reminds one of the Stevens Tip-Ups.
The overall condition is good. The action is strong. The bore is dark from age. The barrel is dated “1907”. A small little pistol such as this, would have given its user some “pocket advantage” in a scuffle.
