Antique Thermoplastic Union Case 6th Plate size, Paul Berg# 1-54 Crossed Cannons
This scarce case is in excellent condition overall. Its a nice chocolate brown color with most of the original luster to the casting. It shows very little handling wear and only one or two minor edge chips. Both hinges are a little bit loose but the clasp is sound. Nice rust colored pillow and a great patriotic matte. Wonderful tinted ambrotype of a soldier in the uniform of a Union corporal.
