This is a very early Lyman No 1 Tang sight for a Winchester 1886 all cal except .33 its marked N on the bottom and has the large text marking for the Pat.Jan 29/79 with out the '84 on the post, works great, it was probably made some time in the mid 1880's and would be perfect for a early 1886 rifle, comes with original mounting screws but I would changed the small one , the slot is buggered up, very rare hard to find early sight. $400 shipped call or text is best
