Has import marks. Includes apparantly-unused holster and cleaning rod. Bore is crisp with minor clouding in grooves, Wood grips appear unworn and crisp. The Nagant was known by the Russians as a "neck shooter", mainly for executions!. A unique Nagant design feature is when the gun is cocked, the cylinder moves forward to the rear of the barrel to minimize side-blast and supposedly improves muzzle velocity. Cartridges have recessed bullets, and I've reloaded .38 Special cases with recessed bullets that work well. Pistol shoots well and is fun to plink with. A historical Russian weapon!
