As we understand it, this is a Webley Royal Irish Constabulary copy, made in Belgium. Chambers 38 S&W cartridges, so we're tempted to shoot it! Pretty little revolver with, arguably, high as 80% bright carbonia blue finish remaining. 3" tapered octagonal barrel. Bore, rifling and chambers remain strong, crisp, shiny, almost like new. Single and double action both function properly, smooth action, good strong springs. Side safety lever locks the trigger and hammer. No manufacturer stamps or proof marks visible.
