"Miller conversion of a Parker-Snow 1861 contract musket. Manufactured by Parker-Snow, Meriden, CT (1863-1864). Later converted to .58 Rimfire caliber. Barrel length altered to 28 ½â€? at the time of conversion for reissue to Maryland and New York state militias in the 1860s. Lock is dated 1864, very good condition. Bore is excellent. Lifting the Miller breech block engages the ejector. Stock is very good plus.
