This an all original, authentic model model 1897 Trench Gun, made in 1943 for WW 2 issue, in the 941,xxx range....it is in very good to excellent original condition , i'd say about 90% overall, showing some light honest use and wear....It is all matching with an excellent cartuched stock , US and large bomb on reciever and a small flaming bomb on the CYL. barrel.....original 4 row heat shield , with the front swivel having been replaced....1918 dated and inspected sling...solid and tight , a very nice original '97 trench gun , c&r ok
