This is a beautiful Colt SAA Cavalry Revolver. I have been told that is a possible "TURNBULL" Restoration. I have no way of knowing this, but it resembles his work and is a rare early Colt. Serial number is#3972. Date of manufactur is 1874. All the markings and the finish is beautiful! All numbers and letters are matching. Action is strong and locks up tight.
