Description:
This Remington U.S. Model 1917 is a right hand bolt action rifle in .30-06 Cal. It has a 26 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and a numbered flip up adjustable ladder rear sight. The stock is a smooth hardwood semi-pistol grip butt and a smooth grip two piece forearm with finger grooves and a barrel band. The trigger is grooved. It comes with a leather sling. A cleaning kit in a metal tube is included in the butt storage compartment. Barrel DOM 3-18. Receiver DOM 1918. The M1917 Enfield was the main rifle used by the American Expeditionary Forces in Europe during WW I.
