Description:
Very nice, sharp blue West German WALTHER Model PP in cal .22LR, 3 7/8" DA Semi-auto Pistol with manual & cleaning & box.
Markings: The left side of the slide is marked with the Walther “Banner” logo, with “Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do / Modell PP-Cal.22lr”, with small eagle over “N” nitro proof and "72" date code with Ulm andtlers. The obverse of grip is marked “34826LR”. The right of the frame is marked “34826” with another nitro proof, seen again on the barrel with “72” date code and Ulm antler.
Barrel Length: 3 7/8”
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade fixed to the thin rib in the top of the slide. The rear sight is a flat topped “U” notch that is dovetailed into the slide. The top of the slide has a full length rib which is serrated to reduce glare.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered black plastic with a Walther Banner Logo at the top of each grip. The grips are free of major damages, rating in Fine Plus and Excellent overall condition.

Finish Originality: All Original
Bore Condition: The bore is mirror bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion or signs of much use outside of the factory, if any at all.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The grip straps have edge rubbing and light surface etching, though not of any concerning depth or abundance. The pistol appears to have been stored nearly all of its life with infrequent handling. The slide serrations are sharp, the barrel is free of extensive operational wear. The grip screw is sharp and the markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
