SHIPPED THAT WAY SINCE I DO NOT HAVE ANY 10 ROUND MAGS. HI CAP MAGS ARE LEGAL IN OREGON
BUT MAY NOT BE IN YOUR STATE SO I CANNOT SEND A HI CAP WITHOUT PROOF OF YOUR STATES
