SOLD !! This is not your average Merkel. This gun was made for and sold to the English market. No Greener crosbolt. No Side clips. No cocking indicators. No sling swivels. It does have a smooth non matted rib, an extra screw under the top lever to the trigger plate, a flat backed action and smooth sided action (no hockey stick bolsters). The internal parts appear to be the same as a 47E from the same time. Made when Merkels still had a lot of hand workmanship. All the Quality of a Merkel with an English look and feel. At 6lbs 9oz you can carry it all day. Great cosmetic and mechanical condition. Ready to go!
