This sale features a 16 Ga. L C Smith Field Grade. The serial number, 7986 puts the manufacture date at 1901. The gun is in very good condition as refinished. This gun would be ideal for use in the Southern Side by Side Parker Challenge. The 30" Armor Steel barrels are choked full & full and chambered for 2 1/2" shells. The weight of just over 7 lbs makes it an ideal little field gun. The walnut stock has a LOP of 15" with a 3/4" Kick-Eez pad, DOC of 1 5/8" and a DOH of 2 3/4".
