An aged Tranter Civil War English Revolver with no evident markings i can see , so it was made for export where proofs and markongs weren't necessary, and most likely a blockade runner D.A. .36 cal Revolver . Exterior metal is brown patina,ad this gun works very well and is D.A. only. All the nipples are complete and very good and not mashed or broken. The left top side of the frame has a pin that pushes in to stop or hold hammer and when the trigger is pressed and the hammer drwn back the pin goes back as it is spring mounted,, The English walnut smooth grips are goodand at the top left side has a very small chip near the top of the frame hump. The rammer has the most corrosion as it came in contact with a leather holster for a long time and the tannic acid in leather will corrode or pit metal. Overall a very good blockade runner for cheap money .Shipping may be higher than stated as shippers raise their prices twice year without notice! When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
