We are proud to bring you this fully custom built by us here at Albert Peterson Guns for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s department Heavy Weapons squad Ruger Gunsite Scout in 308 Winchester. This rifle is fabulous! Its lightweight, versatile and accurate as all get out! With a total weight of 7.9lbs and overall length of 38 inches, this rifle meets anyone’s tactical or hunting needs. The 18.5 threaded Douglas Air-Gauged 30 caliber chrome moly barrel with 1/10 twist. The bore is perfect and broke in. The threads are 5/8-24. The barrel, receiver and bolt are all trued and the rifle is tuned for 168 grain Federal Match. The bolt is fully polished and jeweled. The trigger has been smoothed and set at a 2lbs pull and breaks clean and crisp. The stock is the factory laminate stock that has been bedded and a removeable and adjustable comb installed. Comes with the original factory Ruger scope rings and one factory box mag. This rifle at 250 yards with Federal 168 grain Match ammo was holding .5 inch 5 shot groups. Everything has been tuned, fitted, jeweled, polished, threaded, ect here.

Layaway Program
20% of total cost deposit required at a minimum. There is no refunds on layaway unless approved through us. Items that go past the dead line will be given an extra 15 days before they are relisted.

Consignment Information
$1-500 items will be charged 20% flat seller's fee
$501-5000 items will be charged 15% flat seller's fee

We accept credit card (Visa, MC, Disc) at 3.5%, personal checks, money order, bank checks, gold, silver, property, Rolex Watches and Omega watches.
Refund/Return Policy
Returns are accepted! If you purchase an item and are not happy with it, return it and receive 100% of the total cost, including transfer and return shipping.
Firearms- 7 day, no fire return on firearms if you are unhappy with it! If an item was sent that doesn’t function properly, we will fix it for free within a timely manner. If we cannot fix the item, we will issue a full 100% refund or credit on a different firearm, your choice!
Non-Firearm Items- 7 day return policy. If you purchase an item and are not happy we will refund 100% of all costs incurred as long as it’s in the original condition we shipped it in.
Damaged/Broken Items during shipping- If an item is damaged or broken during shipping, we will pay to have it fixed by the Gunsmith of your choice at no cost to you or refund 100% of all costs incurred, whichever you choose.
Layaway- All Layaway items are non-refundable unless broken or damaged.
20% Re-stocking fee for items bought that were accurately described that you just don’t want or impulse bought.
Shipping Information
All items purchased will be shipped in a timely manner by using either USPS or UPS. All items shipped are fully insured for the complete cost (Item and Shipping) of the buyer. Generally our items are shipped within 3 business days of completing the transaction. All shipping prices are for the LOWER 48 STATES only. Additional shipping costs will be added at the end of the action for Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship internationally as well, if legal. We ship to California as well! All firearms will be shipped to your local Federally Licensed Firearms dealer only! All non-firearm items will only be shipped to the address registered with . No exceptions! Tracking will be provided when the item is boxed and ready for shipping. It is the buyers responsibly to ensure their dealer has sent a copy of their valid, signed FFL. We will not track it down.

If your state or county doesn’t allow high capacity magazines, the mags will be removed and no discount will be given.
