Description:
Special order Marlin with octagon 20 inch barrel. Caliber 32-40. Barrel has the "Special Smokeless Steel" marking on it. Receiver color is a grey/silver. Some barrel blue remains. Mostly thinning. There is a replacement Rocky Mtn blade style front sight. Also there is another dove tail on the barrel near the frame. Bore condition is good. Some roughness throughout but with decent rifling. Buttstock is good overall condition and fits good to the tangs. Equipped with a well fitting rifle buttplate. Forearm is good also. A decent special order Marlin!
