Very good unsanded two piece walnut stock with 2 cartouches but does have a chip in front of the barrel band pictured in the photos. All metal surfaces have smooth brown patina. The breach block has the 3 correct Sharps and Lawrence patent dates. The rear sight is missing its slider. A good solid original sharps Carbine that probably saw action in the civil and Indian wars.
