Description:
Superb condition Pre 64 Winchester 70 in the highly popular .270 caliber. Among the best that I have had. S/N 418*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1957. Condition is practically new with all original finishes showing 98-99%. There are just a few very minor handling marks scattered about the wood but there is just nothing else to mention. This rifle has all appearances of and may very well be unfired beyond the factory test. The barrel is 24" with a mirror bore. The mechanical function is expectedly smooth and without any issues. A supreme rifle that is worthy of the strictest collector.
